The following accreditations, trade organisation memberships and affiliations apply to our strategic partners, depending on their areas of expertise. Further information on specific industry standards and memberships is provided in each specific sector.
Public Sector Debt Recovery and Tracing
CSA - The Credit Services Association
The CSA is the only National Association in the UK for companies active in relation to unpaid credit accounts; debt recovery agencies, tracing and allied professional services.
Our strategic partners working in the above areas, are full members or affiliated to this organisation. They adhere to the CSA’s strict Code of Practice which is now the benchmark for Best Practice in the industry assuring quality and professionalism in the services members provide.
Data Protection
The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is the UK's independent authority set up to promote access to official information and to protect personal information. All our partners are registered with the ICO.
Our strategic partners all comply with current data protection legislation and guidelines enforced by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
ISO 9000 – Quality Assurance
Our partner organisations have attained ISO accreditation which underlines our practical approach to quality management.
ISO accreditation provides a framework for our partners to provide an effective and consistent Quality Management System and constant review of working practices to secure continuous improvement.
Membership of the Institute of Credit Management (MICM)
Our partners are members of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) which promotes excellence in credit management.
As Europe’s largest professional credit management organisation, the ICM aims to improve skills and standards through training. The ICM is the only such organisation accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) as an awarding body.
IIP – Investors in People
The IIP Standard provides a framework that helps organisations to improve performance and realise their objectives through the effective management, training and development of their people.
Our ethos is to encourage our partners where possible to attain this standard as it helps employees become customer focused, so enabling organisations to effectively meet customer needs. Skilled and motivated people work harder and better, improving productivity and enhancing quality.

Our organisations are committed to maintaining a minimum level of impact upon the environment. Most of our partners have attained ISO 14001.

We select and monitor top performing civil enforcement agencies, which, as well as appropriate accreditations and affiliations detailed above, have the following industry specific accreditations:

IRRV – Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation
The Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation is the professional body for local taxation, benefits and valuation. As members, our partners support the IRRV’s aim to promote best practice.
Individual
Bailiffs are fully certificated and will have undertaken a thorough training course. We support all companies which promote individual bailiff membership of the Enforcement Services Association.
Insolvency - County and High Court proceedings
Our strategic partner legal specialists have been awarded LEXCEL and their organisation has been assessed against the Law Society’s Practice Management Standards.
The Law Society’s LEXCEL quality mark is a valuable indicator of our partner organisations working within the legal profession and their commitment to providing improved customer satisfaction and good business practice.
Where applicable, we support our partners to be members of the County Court Users Association.
