We break the mould and offer a viable alternative to the traditional approach of sourcing and selecting suppliers to undertake collection of Council Tax, Business Rates (NNDR) and other Local Authority Debts. When appointed by a Local Authority we will cross reference and match our strategic partners key attributes against our client’s requirements.

A dedicated MRCS account manager will continually monitor our approved suppliers, thereby allowing council revenues managers to focus on control through regular meetings with our account manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of supplier performance, ensuring council policies and philosophies are met whilst maximising Council Tax collection, undertaking liability order enforcement and recovering general debt.
